Search for a particular document or scroll through the library. If you are an administrator you can upload a document and manage the library on the Administrators Only tab.
To join a session click on one of the tabs to choose the right calendar. Find the training session, and click on it.

If you want to record completion of the checklist on the employee's training record, go to the Events tab to create a training event, or have them request a completion from the subscriber content pages.
