THE TRAININGLINK ENGINE

Every subscription runs on the same administrative core

Whichever subscriptions you provide your members, agencies manage it all from one dashboard — one login, one training calendar, one set of records.

Training Requirements

Assign and track requirements by topic, department, job title, or individual — not just by course assignment.

Virtual & On-Demand Training

Instructor-led sessions and on-demand training options, accessible from any device, no software to install.

Certifications & Licenses

Renewal reminders and expiration tracking for CPR, confined space entry, operator licenses, and more so important credentials never fall through the cracks.

Records & Reporting

Audit-ready training history for every employee, pulled in seconds when a regulator or claim adjuster asks. Download certificates individually or in bulk.

Document Library

Store agency policies, procedures, forms, and other training resources in one secure location for easy employee access.

WHY POOLS SUBSCRIBE

Training your members can point to before and after an incident

Every product on this page exists to move member agencies from reactive response to documented, proactive prevention.

Lower Claim Frequency

Consistent, year-round training across the membership means fewer incidents and smaller exposures pool-wide.

Standardized Practices

Every member agency trains from the same curriculum, instead of a patchwork built agency by agency.

Defensible records

Audit-ready training history that management can produce immediately when a regulator or adjuster asks.

Regulatory compliance

Content built around Cal/OSHA and California-specific reporting requirements, not generic national OSHA modules.

Minimal administrative lift

One dashboard, one login, one records system — no separate contracts or logins for pool staff to manage.

Proactive risk control on record

Show your board and member agencies the pool invests in prevention, not just claims response.

Pool impact

What this means for your pool

None of the figures above is a worst-case scenario — they're the documented, current cost of the status quo. Pools that already fund SOMA, SERP Services, or the Academy series at the pool level aren't taking on new risk by doing so; they're pre-paying for a workers' comp or liability claim the pool's own fund was already going to cover, at a fraction of the claim cost, spread across every member instead of absorbed by whichever agency gets unlucky first. The regulatory fines cited above are a separate, agency-level exposure this same training reduces — but the pool's own return shows up first, in fewer and smaller claims.

Ways to move this forward

Get your pool's number

Request a per-member cost breakdown scaled to your pool's actual size and current subscriber count — no list-price guessing at the board table.

See who's already in

Ask for the current roster of member agencies and pools already funding each subscription — CSRMA, SCORE, NCCSIF, and PLAN JPA already fund more than one.

Bring your own loss history

Pull your pool's last three years of SSO, injury, and EPL claims from your risk manager or TPA — it's the fastest way to see how your pool's actual experience compares to the benchmarks on this page.

Pilot one before funding five

Fund a single subscription pool-wide for a year and measure it against your own claims data before scaling to the rest of the suite.

Put 15 minutes on the agenda

A short walkthrough of pricing and terms for any one service or the full suite, timed to your pool's budget cycle.

Pool-wide pricing scales with membership size and the mix of subscriptions you choose. Reach out and we'll put together a quote for your specific pool.
